Prevent bigger problems with regular cleaning and maintenance. Small problems can be addressed early on before they turn into larger – and likely more expensive – problems. A good example is proper floor care and regular maintenance allows for small stains in carpeted areas to be treated and removed, preventing them from turning into larger stains that can’t be removed. Once large stains are embedded into the fibers of carpet, they cannot be removed and the carpet will ultimately have to be replaced.
